If your shipment/box is missing any parts you have 1 week to report this. Items purchased from Close out section are not eligible for return or exchange. All close out sales are final. To return an item to Highway Leather you must make the package identifiable for us. We suggest you print your e-mail confirmation and put it in the box. Please include a note telling us why you want to return the item or exchange. If it is an exchange tell us what you need in the note. All returns or exchanges must be unused, unworn, and with all tags, tickets etc. still attached. You have 30 days from when the item was delivered to you for returns.

In case of Return for refund : Please send it back with a “NOTE” stating “Return for refund”
In case of Exchange and item: Please send it back with a “NOTE” stating “Return for exchange” with $12.00 Money order/Check for S&H.
Motorcycle Leather Accessories: In the event an error occurs due to our mistake we will do everything necessary to rectify the situation at our expense. For motorcycle accessory exchanges the customer will need to ship the product to us and we will send out the exchange. Due to allergies and safety issues we cannot accept returns or exchanges that have pet, smoke, perfume, or any other non-original scent.
Shipping is non-refundable.
For returns the customer will be refunded original cost of products minus shipping. Please note if you received free shipping on the item we will deduct the original cost it cost us to ship to you from the refund.
Highwayleather.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.
Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange, store credit, or money back refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
