How much is shipping?

Standard shipping within the U.S. is $10, and it's free on orders of $149 or more. See our shipping policy for details.

How fast will my order ship and arrive?

Most orders ship the same business day by UPS Ground, which usually takes 3–5 business days once the package is on its way. Occasionally an order takes 2–3 days to ship.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they're unworn and unused, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. See our full return policy.

How do I find my size?

Measure your chest at the fullest point, with the tape level under your arms. Compare that measurement with the size chart on the product page. If you're unsure, call us before you order and we'll help you choose.

Buffalo or cowhide: which is better?

Both make durable riding gear. Buffalo is heavier and has a more pebbled grain. Cowhide is smooth and breaks in a little faster. At the same thickness, they hold up similarly, so thickness and stitching matter more than the type of hide.

Can I shop in person?

Yes. Our stores in Conyers, GA and Ormond Beach, FL are open Monday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Get directions on our contact page.
