Check fit before removing tags
Try the jacket zipped with the liner installed and your usual layers underneath. Reach forward as you would on the bike and check whether the shoulders bind or sleeves restrict movement. Use the chart for that model; size labels are not universal garment measurements.

Does a removable liner mean the jacket is certified protective equipment?
No. Liner construction is a comfort feature. A protection certification must be identified separately on the label or manufacturer documentation.
